Foliage Destruction effect

By default foliage does not have any destruction effect, so it just disappears. But you can add Interactable IDs here to this switch to do a custom effect and afterwards destroy BP_FoliageDestructionEffect:

For example Tip Over is an example effect that is perfect for trees or there is also an example for a chaos destruction for the rock mesh.
