You can add an Slider to a Settings Section. It can be WB_T0_Slider, WB_T1_Slider, WB_T2_Slider, WB_T3_Slider or another theme if you created your own theme.

If you have added the widget you can select it in Design tab of your Settings Menu. Then you can adjust it in the details tab:
